Your own golden, sandy beach
A 1–2 minute walk down the estate's own paths, on the sheltered south coast of Skiathos.

Two minutes, door to sand
The estate's own paved pathways take you down to the sand, and they are stroller-friendly the whole way.
Calm water when the wind blows
The bay faces south and is sheltered from the northerly meltemi, so the water here stays swimmable and boat-accessible on days when the north of the island is not.

Among the warmest water in the Aegean
The sea around Skiathos averages about 26–27°C in August, roughly two degrees warmer than the Cyclades, where the meltemi cools the water.

A natural, pond-like lagoon
In front of the beach, a natural rock shelf encloses a shallow, pond-like stretch of sea that warms faster still. Ideal for children and for long, lazy swims.
Each villa has its own beach kit
Every villa has its own dedicated place on the beach. Nothing to carry down, nothing to rent.

Sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas
Dedicated to your villa and set out each morning, with shade for the whole group.
SUP boards
Stand-up paddleboards for the calm morning water of the bay.
Beach games
Beach rackets, balls and other beach paraphernalia, ready by the sand.
Beach fridge
A fridge by the beach for cold drinks and fruit, so nobody has to walk back up.
Beach shower
Rinse off the salt and sand before heading back to the villa.
Wi-Fi on the beach
The estate Wi-Fi reaches the sand, for music, maps and the odd message home.
The beach is combed before you wake
Each morning the estate's villa manager combs the beach and sets out the sunbeds, so the sand is clean and ready when you come down.
