Who we are

Epoches Hotel, Tourism & Construction Single-Member P.C. What we collect
When you enquire or book: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, dates, the number and ages of guests, and anything you tell us in your message. When you stay: the identity details Greek law requires us to record for guests. When you pay: payment details, handled by your bank or by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers. The availability calendar on this site shows only booked or free dates and holds no guest information.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a rental agreement (steps before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to perform the booking (contract); to meet tax, accounting and guest-registration obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); and, only if you tick the box, to send you rates and occasional news (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
Our villa manager and staff, as needed for your stay; our accountant; the Greek tax authority where the law requires; and the services that run this website, our email and our payments (website hosting, Google, Stripe, WhatsApp). Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to 24 months. Booking and accounting records: for as long as Greek tax law requires, normally five years after the end of the tax year. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to the email above. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Booking terms
1. Making a booking
Send us your dates and group size. We confirm availability and hold the dates. A booking is confirmed once both sides have signed the rental agreement and we have received the deposit. Availability shown on this site is a guide and is confirmed on enquiry.
2. Rates and payment
Rates are per villa, per week, in euros, as published for 2027. The rental agreement states the total payable for your dates. A 30% deposit secures the booking; the balance is due one month before arrival. Bookings made within a month of arrival are paid in full. Payment is by bank transfer or by a secure Stripe card link; card payments carry a small processing fee.
3. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation: There is no free cancellation. If the Renter cancels 30 days or more before arrival, the full amount paid is kept as credit toward rebooking the villa for alternative dates. If the Renter cancels less than 30 days before arrival, half of the amount paid is kept as credit on the same basis. The Renter is advised to take out travel insurance.
4. Your stay
Minimum stay 6 nights. Saturday to Saturday is preferred. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Villa Goldie sleeps up to 12 adults and 2 children; Villa GoldieLocks up to 12 adults and 1 child. Only guests named in the agreement may stay overnight. Events and parties need our written agreement in advance.
5. Care of the villa
Please treat the villa as your own home. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused during their stay. Pools and the beach are unsupervised; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6. Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
