Per villa, per week of seven nights, Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay 6 nights. Per person per night (pp / night) is based on 12 guests.

Saturday to Saturday is preferred but not essential. Other arrival days may be possible — ask us.

Plans change? Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and everything you have paid stays with you as credit toward other dates. Cancel later and half of it stays with you as credit. We recommend travel insurance.

    30% deposit
    Secures the booking, by bank transfer or secure card payment link.

    Balance and security deposit
    Both due one month before arrival. The security deposit, €3,000 per villa, is returned after the villa is checked at check-out.

Bank transfer

No fee. Preferred for larger balances. Payments in euros.

A Stripe payment link issued for your booking, matching the signed agreement. Instant, with card protection; a small processing fee applies.

Why book direct?
Booking direct gets you the best rate, and you deal with us from first message to check-out. The rates shown are our full published rates; enquire for your dates to get the best available rate.
How do I secure a booking?
Once we confirm availability and the final price, you sign a short rental agreement and pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer or secure card link.
When is the rest due?
The remaining balance is due one month before arrival, together with a €3,000 security deposit per villa.
When is the security deposit returned?
After check-out, once the villa has been checked. It is returned in full unless something has been damaged or is missing.
What if our plans change?
Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and everything you have paid stays with you as credit toward other dates. We recommend travel insurance.
Is cleaning included?
Yes. Daily maid service, with linen and towels changed every three nights. Laundry is available on request at an additional cost.
Can we have a private chef?
Yes, on request and at additional cost, for the length of your stay, with menus planned around your group.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Ask us if you need different times and we will do what we can.
Are pets and young children welcome?
Pets are welcome; tell us when you enquire. Baby cots and extra beds are available on request, and the paths to the beach are stroller-friendly. There is no lifeguard at the pools or beach, so children must be supervised.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
In Agia Paraskevi, about 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car.
How do we get there?
Skiathos airport is 15–18 minutes by road and Skiathos Town 12–15 minutes. The bus stop is under two minutes' walk from the estate.
